Lea Gavino

Lea Gavino is an Italian actress and singer-songwriter (Rome, 1999). From childhood she cultivated a strong passion for the arts: she approached music by studying the piano and discovered her love for cinema.
She made her debut as a singer-songwriter in 2025, releasing Mondo fiorito and Figli with LaTarma Records. The latter features Golden Years, one of the most eclectic producers on the new Italian music scene. Shortly after, she took part in Sanremo Giovani with Amico Lontano, making it into the 24 finalists who performed on Rai2.

She opened 2026 with I Treni, released on 6 February, born from her daily journeys between Rome and Milan. The long stretches of waiting turn the train carriage into a space for imagination, trying to fill the suspended time that comes with every journey. In May 2026 she released her first EP, 11 volte, featuring six tracks, including two new songs: Serratura and 11 Volte, the title track.

That same year she opened the summer season on the stage of the Primo Maggio Concert in Rome and embarked on her first tour, the 11 volte tour, with nine dates in Italy’s main cities, debuting on 22 May at MIAMI Festival in Milan and continuing at Hiroshima Sound Garden in Turin, Spaghetti Festival in Rome and many more.

Always drawn to experimentation and to the blending of artistic languages, she is about to launch her first record project. Her refined, intense voice blends with dreamy lyrics and elegant melodies, creating an intimate and original sound world. For Lea, music is a means of authentic expression, a space of creative freedom where she can tell her story without filters. Her search is constant, driven by the desire to explore new sounds and languages, aware of what she can offer the world and of what the world, in return, can give back to her.

Her acting career began in 2022 with her diploma from the Gian Maria Volonté School of Cinematic Art. She made her big-screen debut in 2019 in Io ricordo Piazza Fontana, directed by Francesco Miccichè, and that same year appeared in the series Oltre la soglia. In 2022 she played Artemisia Gentileschi, a figure who became a symbol of twentieth-century feminism, in Michele Placido’s film L’Ombra di Caravaggio, alongside Louis Garrel. The film won 3 Nastri d’Argento and 2 David di Donatello awards. She then starred in the fifth and sixth seasons of Skam Italia, a role that earned her the Next Generation Award for “Breakthrough Actress”, presented by Man in Town during the 80th Venice International Film Festival. In 2023 she acted in Una storia nera, directed by Leonardo D’Agostini, and joined the second season of the international series SAS: Rogue Heroes. In 2024 she was in the cast of Dieci Minuti, directed by Maria Sole Tognazzi, and since March 2026 she has starred alongside Alessandro Gassmann in the TV series Guerrieri – le regole dell’equilibrio.
